Curry Night, November the 17th
Curry lovers / food lovers, you are in for a treat…the next LHC social will be the first ever LHC homemade curry night! Renowned chef Billy Marwaha (and helpers) will be preparing an array of mouth watering dishes from the Indian subcontinent for you all to enjoy. This not to be missed evening will set you back just £10 (£5 for under 18s) to cover the cost of the food – quite a bargain when consider the costs of the average dish in your traditional High Street curry house. If that wasn’t enough to tempt you, more senior male members will be delighted to note that your choice of curry can be washed down by numerous pints of your favourite ale – Black Sheep! As you will know, this delicious ale is rarely available in most Indian restaurants.
The Curry night will take place on Saturday 17th November in the back room at the Lindum (where we had the Beetle Drive). NUMBERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY 10TH NOVEMBER so Billy can buy all the ingredients. If you don’t confirm your attendance then you may not be allowed to eat with us – obviously we don’t want to undercook and people not get value for money. Please confirm your attendance by replying to this post or speak to Billy at training.
