Order Windows

Kukri employ order ‘windows’ whereby they accept online orders within a certain timeframe and then close the shop, accept the order list and then re-open it again for the next order window. This means that orders are taken in batches which is more cost effective for Kukri and therefore keeps the cost of the kit affordable. We are hoping to maintain a list of order window details and publish them here on the club’s website. The current window closes at midnight on September the 18th.

Ordering Process

Placing an order is as simple as you’d find for most online shops. Add a product to your bag / basket, go to checkout, create an account and then fill in your delivery and payment details. Future orders can be placed with the online account that you’ve created.

A decision is yet to be made on playing shirts; how these should be provided and how shirt numbers are allocated. Please refrain from buying these for the moment.

The following questions have been asked, and the answers are below. We’ll add to this as any further queries come to light, but if you have a question that isn’t answered here then please let us know and we’ll find out.

Q. What happens if the kit changes?
A. We have a three year agreement with Kukri so we’re not expecting too many changes within that time.

Q. Where can I get a goalie shirt?
A. We still need to sort what’s happening with goalie tops but we will get back to you on this.

Q. Do we go on and place our orders ourselves or give you the details of what we want?
A. You go on yourself and place your order. You can then either use the default club delivery address, and you’ll get your kit through the club, or pay an additional delivery charge to have it sent directly to your address.

Customers should be aware that all items ordered through the Lincoln Hockey Club Online Shop are custom made so returns or exchanges can only be accommodated where Kukri has made an error in your order selections or the product is faulty.
