The first league weekend of the season got underway last Saturday with a happy result of no losses right across the club’s fixtures. The Ladies 1s started their bid for a return to the Premier Division next year with a convincing win over the City of Peterborough, while the Ladies 2s scored their first points in the East Women’s Hockey League. The mens’ teams kept a clean sheet each; the 1s coming back from York with a 2-0 win and the 2s sending Kingston upon Hull 4 home four goals lighter.

For the first time in a several seasons Lincoln Hockey Club fields five teams playing this coming weekend, as we introduce the Mens’ 3s to league hockey.
