The 2019 Lindum Firework Display will be held on Sunday the 3rd of November, at the Lindum Sports Association just off Wragby Road in Lincoln

Following the ongoing success of the previous Fireworks events at the Lindum Sports Association, plans for this years’ event are well in advance and we are very excited to announce that the 2019 event will be held on Sunday the 3rd of November. Last year’s display was the best so far and included fire artists, music, great food and Lincolnshire’s Fire and Rescue department with a fire engine – for all the right, family-friendly reasons!

Lindum Hockey Club will once again be supporting this event alongside the Lindum’s other member clubs on St Giles Avenue, including the cricket and squash clubs.

The gates to the event will open at 5pm on the day and prices for entry to the event are as follows;

• £5 per adult
• £4 per child under 16
• £15 for a family of four, (two adults, two children)

The display itself will commence around 6:30pm. The Lindum Sports Association’s bar will be open and selling both soft and alcoholic drinks, as well as tea and coffee. Food will also be on sale at the event as well.

Fireworks Display Notes

• All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Tickets can only be bought on entry (no advanced tickets are available)
• No refunds
• Spectators cannot bring their own fireworks or sparklers into the event

Please note that the organising committee reserves the right to cancel the display if unsatisfactory weather conditions occur, and such changes will be published on this page and on the hockey club’s social media channels in the run-up to the event.

The proceeds of this event will go to fund The Lindum Sports Association and the clubs who operate from The Lindum Sports Association premises

Call for Help

As usual this event requires volunteers to help make sure that we can cope with the expected massive crowd on the night. We are looking for forty people to meet at the Lindum Sports Association at 4pm on the day, until the event finishes at around 8pm.
