If you choose to submit this information, you can do so via a website form (this one here, to be precise) where it’s stored in an internal database and also emailed to our website team.

Why is it being collected and how will it be used?
So that we can respond to your enquiry with information about how best to get involved at the club at a session that suits your age (we only ask for a range that narrows down which session / sessions will suit). We depersonalise all enquiry data at the end of the following hockey season.

Pitch Watch Alerts

While our Pitch Watch email service is probably most useful to club members, parents of players, supporters, etc. it is a publicly available service. If you live in New Zealand but need to know if the Ladies 3s is called off one December at 3:30pm, you are most welcome to sign up.

What information is being collected?
Your email address. While we don’t need anything else to run this service, we also log your IP address for the purposes of auditing

How is it collected?
Initially via a website form and then we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to send out Pitch Watch alerts. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve these alerts. For more information, please see MailChimp’s Privacy Policy.

It’s used only to send out email alerts that you’ve subscribed for. Each email alert sent out includes the ability to unsubscribe (at the foot of every alert).
