Ladies 1 are the England Hockey Team of the Season

Lincoln Ladies 1st Team have been awarded the England Hockey Investec Women’s Club Team of the Season 2011 / 2012, at the England Hockey Annual Awards Lunch.
The ladies, playing in East Division 1 North, played out an unbeaten season, winning 21 out of their 22 games and drawing the final game of the season. The team scored 104 goals and were promoted 20 points clear of second place.
