Training For The New Season

Pre-season training begins at North Kesteven Leisure Centre on Thursday, August the 2nd from 7pm until 9pm.

From Thursday, August the 29th and onwards, training will be split as follows:

  • Ladies: 7pm until 8:30pm
  • Mens: 8pm until 10pm
