Run in Lincoln’s 10K for the British Heart Foundation

My name is Helena Mair and I am the local fundraising manager for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in Lincoln. The BHF Lincoln has been chosen as the charity of the year for the Lincoln City 10K run which takes place on the 7th of April.

I am making contact as I am actively recruiting for runners for our heart runners team. I am sure that you have many members that are taking part in the run and I would like to ask if you would be able to help me to promote the heart runners team within your club.

Runners would need to secure a place at the 10k with the City Council and then register as a heart runner. Heart runners will receive

  • A welcome pack
  • Breathable running tee shirt
  • Access to our experienced Heart runners support team
  • Access to our world class running coaches
  • Secure online Sponsorship page

Heart disease affects so many families and I’m hopeful that Lincoln Hockey Club will offer a good response to this request.
