End Of Season Ball Menu Selection

The Hilton require your menu choice by THIS MONDAY at the LATEST. Caz has asked everyone to email her their menu choice (if you haven’t already) as soon as possible. If you don’t send through your choices then unfortunately you’ll end up with the default options.

Please read through the options below and then let us know your choices (and those of your guest(s) if applicable) via the website’s contact page.

MENU CHOICE

STARTER: Crisp fried Golden Cross Goat cheese, beetroot textures and micro greens OR Chicken and ham hock terrine and piccalilli

MAIN: Pan fried breast of free range chicken, confit potato, wilted pak choi, morel veloute, bacon crisp OR Aubergine, courgette and spinach tian, cauliflower puree, tomato and herb sauce

DESSERT: Dark chocolate and pecan tart, caramel ice cream OR Glazed lemon tart, textures of raspberry
