We’’ll be running a bit of light hearted fitness work on Thursday night’s over the summer followed by some fun and games such as Frisbee and drinks in the bar. Sessions will be held at the Lindum and we’ll be starting this Thursday at 7pm.

It’s a great opportunity for a bit of fun and for people to burn off all those burgers and hot dogs from the weekend!!
