New Season Preparations

With the 2012 / 2013 season no more than a distant memory, preparations are now in place for the upcoming 2013 / 2014 season starting in September. Although we’re not expecting the new pitch at The Lindum to be ready for the beginning of the season, the following is already in the club’s diary;Lincoln Hockey Club

 

Training

Senior Training will resume on Thursday the 1st of August, 2013 at North Kesteven Leisure Centre from 7pm – 9pm. This will consist of whole club training during August itself, before returning to split womens’ / mens’ training in September.

Junior Training will recommences on Saturday the 7th of September at Yarborough Leisure Centre from 9am – 11am.

New players! You are most welcome to come and join us at the relevant training sessions (junior training is for 5-16 year olds). Let us know that you’re thinking of coming down and we’ll give you the guided tour!

 

Veterans’ Tournament

Lincoln Hockey Club’s Annual Triangular Veterans’ Mini Tournament for the Old Peculiars Challenge Trophy will be held on Saturday the 7th of September 2013. More details on this event will follow.

 

Social Event

Laura Wilmott has organised a Wine Tasting night on September the 28th, Aimed at 18 years + only, this event promises to give you a taste of wines from around the world (places for the evening are limited).
