Family hour provides an affordable way for all of the family to keep active all together whilst having fun!!

Hockey is a fun way for parents and children to play together in a safe, toned down atmosphere and environment!

Sessions will ensure all the basic hockey skills and techniques are learnt whilst also taking part in EHB initiatives such as Quicksticks, IN2 Hockey and Rush Hockey.

A fitter, healthier child will perform better in school, be less susceptible to illness and be generally more able to enjoy their childhood.

There is no better time to get you and your child active than in the summer holidays when the weather is nice. As parents it is also important for you to stay physically fit this will keep you healthy and also set a good example to your children.
