The committee would like to thank everyone who took the time to provide their opinions. The majority of views were towards this being a positive move so the club’s committee is planning to go ahead with this.

The criteria for eligibility is as follows;

• All club members of the 2013 / 2014 season who played for a senior team last year and have no outstanding fees (either membership or match fees)
• All new members joining the club in early 2014 / 2015 who pay club membership fees within an early timescale (relating directly to when they first start attending club events, such as training)
• Any other scenarios are at the discretion of the committee

Existing club members will need to carry out the following actions in order to claim their shirt for next season;

• Ensure that any outstanding balances are settled
• When paying membership fees for the 2014 / 2015 season*, provide a shirt size (or send a message through the website)

* Edit: in order to get your shirt for the start of the 2014 / 2015 season, please submit your shirt size before Monday the 14th of July, 2014

You are welcome to request a shirt number as well, though we can’t promise to satisfy this request. Finally, just to warn you, there may be a cut-off date brought in for this scheme in order to avoid one or a few players holding up any kit orders for the majority.
