Weekly Review, 18th and 19th of October

Eight games for Lincoln Hockey Club’s teams over the weekend saw five wins, two draws and a loss. Thankfully the Mens 1s, their loss on Saturday was complimented by a victory in their cup game against Triton on Sunday. For the Ladies 1s a win at home to St Ives sees them now sit second in their league table, equal on points, while the Ladies 2s went away to Alford seeking goals and brought home just that in an 11 goal marathon. The Ladies 3s continued their impressive start to the season with a deaw against Woodhall Spa from their game at Yarborough. The Mens 2s pocketed some handy points against Chapeltown at the Lindum while the 3s drew to Wakefield away and the 4s beat Rotherham 2-1 in their second game of the season.
