With freezing temperatures overnight and talk of “rain, sleet and snow” crossing the country at some point today, question marks are being raised over games going ahead due to the suitability of pitches. As ever, when this happens, we’ll try to keep everyone updated as well as we can via the website and the club’s social meda.

Frozen Hockey The most recent updates are below, If your game is not listed then you can assume it to be going ahead. If in any doubt at all then contact your captain.

Mens 4th Team

The Development Team’s game against Sheffield Hallam Hockey Club 9, away, is off due to a frozen pitch.

Mens 2nd Team

The Mens 2s’ fixure in Garforth Hockey Club is off as the pitch is not in a suitable state to play.

Mens 1st Team

The fixture against Sheffield University Bankers Hockey Club 4, at 3:15 this afternoon, has been called off.

Ladies 3rd Team

The fixture against Louth 2, scheduled to be played at 1pm, has been cancelled / postponed.
