Safeguarding and Protecting Children Course

Hurricane Sports are running a “Safeguarding and Protecting Children 2: Reflecting on Good Practice” workshop on Wednesday 2nd September 2015 at Lincoln University from 18:30 – 21:30.
Reflect, Learn and Share Best Practice On Your Experience of Safeguarding
In this refresher session, you will consolidate and update everything you learned in the first workshop. You’ll have the opportunity to share best practice and learn from each other’s experiences to help you create a positive, child-centred sporting environment.
Please note that if you’re a young volunteer in sport under the age of 16 ‘Keeping Safe in Sport: Safeguarding for Young Volunteers (13+) is the workshop for you. Anyone under the age of 16 will not receive a certificate for attending this workshop.
