Hurricane Sports are holding a Quicksticks Course exclusively for Lindum Hockey Club, for people wanting to help deliver Quicksticks coaching at Junior Training. It will also give current Junior Coaches game related ideas and resources to aid coaching delivery. This will take place at the Lindum on Monday the 5th of October, 2015.

All Coaches and Teachers will come away with a drop box link full of useful resources to help with delivery for Quicksticks sessions and festivals including checklists, example plans and risk assessments. The content and training provides a basic overview and introduction to each of the modules below:

1. Introduction to Leadership/Coaching
2. Delivery of Quicksticks
3. Umpiring Quicksticks
4. Quicksticks Team Manager
5. Quicksticks Festivals

Lindum Hockey Club’s Junior Section is offering a FREE place on this course for all people who help, or are wanting to help, at Junior Training on either a Saturday morning or Wednesday afternoon. Please note that there are only 16 places available though and these will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
