Lindum Hockey Club’s eager team of social event organisers have released some early details of this season’s events, starting this very weekend. Get your diaries at the ready…

Rugby World Cup

Watch England play Uruguay in the Rugby World Cup this Saturday, the 10th of October.

Firework Night

Go ‘ooh’ and ‘aah’ at the annual Fireworks Display at the Lindum Sports Association on the 8th November.

‘Saturday Night Takeaway’

On Saturday 21st November our Men’s 1st Team are playing a late fixture against Sheffield Hallam 2. The match will be followed by Billy’s famous curry night!

Christmas party

This will take place on Saturday the 19th December. Fancy dress (Christmas jumper as a minimum!!!).

From 6-8pm will be for Junior players and 8pm-late for Seniors.

Other Events in the Pipeline

A range of social events, taking place later on in the 2015 / 2016 season, are currently in the planning stages.

Further details of each event, from the Curry Night onwards, will be released closer to the time.
