On Friday the 9th Lindum Hockey Club Men’s 1st XI squad played North Notts in their first game of preseason and won 9-1

Horncastle Hockey Festival

Here are the results for the Under 14 mixed team from the Horncastle Festival today

• Lindum 1 – Brigg 0
• Lincolnshire B 2 – Lindum 1
• Sleaford 2 – Lindum 0
• Lincolnshire A 2 – Lindum 0

The Under 14s played really well as this was the first time the team had played together and certainly wasn’t reflected in the results of the matches.

Well done to all the juniors who played in the festival at Horncastle. We put teams in each age group with some of the U12 team playing in their first festival ever and they managed to secure a win in their last game.

Big congrats to the Under 16s who won their age group and the Under 14s who all battled hard in each of their games.

Thank you to all of the new managers, we hope you enjoyed your new role, and parents for your great support. Look forward to the next festival / matches for the juniors.
