A Match Report of the Under 16 Girls, who have now completed their season of league matches.

The U16 girls have now completed their league matches in the England Hockey U16 championships, finishing a very respectable 4th in the league. Although we will not be progressing to the next Tier, the girls can be extremely proud of their performances, delivering a couple of memorable victories as well as a number of committed performances against some strong sides.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the girls for their hard work and commitment, Paul Hamnett, the coach, for his expertise and enthusiasm and the Lindum Hockey Club umpires who have supported our matches.

Thank you too to all the parents who have supported the team and ferried the girls around the region.
