This weekend sees Lindum Hockey Club’s Mixed Team travel to Lee Valley for the Finals Weekend of the Plate Competition

On Friday 2nd June, the mixed team will be travelling down to London in preparation for their semi-final against Sevenoaks at 11:30 on Saturday morning. They reached this stage following victories over Norwich Dragons (5-4), Wisbech Town (4-2), and Sunderland Broom (2-1). The other semi-final will be played between St Albans and Repton at 9:30. Should Lindum win on Saturday, they will play the final at 11:30 on Sunday, but defeat will result in a 9:30 start for the 3rd/4th place playoff.

Spectator Information

England Hockey will issue hand stamps to allow teams players and officials access into and around the venue. Any support will be greatly appreciated by all players and team staff involved. However, there will be an admission charge for spectators as follows:

One Day Pass

  • ADVANCED ADULT PRICE – £7 (increases to £9 on the door)
  • ADVANCED U18 PRICE – £2 (increases to £4 on the door)

Two Day Pass

  • ADVANCED ADULT PRICE – £12 (increases to £14 on the door)
  • ADVANCED U18 PRICE – £3 (increases to £5 on the door)

Advanced group bookings receive 1 free ticket for every 10 purchased. For group bookings only call 0844 412 4650

Tickets can be pre-purchased online via the England Hockey website.

There is no parking available to spectators at the venue as space is limited. Information will follow closer to the event on local car parking and public transport options for spectators.

A souvenir programme will be produced for the event.
