Lincoln’s Christmas Market takes place on the second weekend of December

Lincoln’s famous Christmas Market takes place on the weekend of the 9th and 10th of December this year, bringing with it a financial boost in the form of tourists, but also traffic, road closures and disruption to the area.

Senior League Games

The league season will still be in full swing by this time, with home games for the Mens 1s and 3s, and Ladies 2s and 3s on the Saturday, and then the Ladies 4s and 5s have an inter-club league game on the Sunday after the Veterans’ team has played.

Anyone travelling to the Lindum Sports Association, and certainly the University in the centre of town, are advised to leave plenty of time to get there.

Junior Training

Saturday morning Junior Training will not be taking place on the morning of the 9th of December.

Parking at the Lindum

The Lindum will be hiring out the car park again this year but we understand that there will be enough to cater for hockey players, as in previous years.

Christmas Party

Thankfully the club’s Christmas Party takes place the following weekend, on Saturday the 16th of December.
