A couple of hockey courses are being held locally in the upcoming months, covering umpiring and coaching, in the local area

 

Umpiring

A Level 1 Umpiring course is being held at Horncastle Hockey Club on October the 28th 2018.
  • Venue: Horncastle Hockey Club, Coronation Walk, Horncastle LN9 6EB
  • Start date: 28 / 10 / 2018
  • Duration: Sunday 28th October 9am – 4:30pm
Places can be booked via England Hockey’s website, the deadline for doing so is the 17th of October.

 

Coaching

The “Coaching for Club Players” workshop covers Coaches to deliver adult hockey sessions at club level. This takes place on November the 26th 2018.
  • Venue: Lindum Hockey Club, St Giles Avenue, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 4PE
  • Start date: 26 / 11 / 2018
  • Duration: Monday 26th November 7pm – 10pm
This is for any coach / volunteer that are looking to deliver club adult sessions with varying numbers / abilities, and may also have to incorporate under 18s as well.
Places can be booked via England Hockey’s website, the deadline for doing so is the 15th of November.
