Fitness Training is returning to Monday nights, for senior club members

There is a fitness session taking place every Monday from 6pm to 7pm at the Lindum Sports Association astro turf, for club members.

It’s going to be run by some of our ladies players and will typically consist of some cardio work followed by some strength and conditioning exercises. It’s a great way to squeeze in some extra fitness during the week and also socialise with other members of the club!

All senior players of all abilities are welcome; the more the merrier!
