The Under 12s Lincolnshire Tournament, due to take place on Sunday the 10th of March has been cancelled

A collective decision has been made to cancel the planned event at the Lindum Sports Association tomorrow morning due to the adverse weather forecast. Following the balmy heat of February, the UK Met Office has a weather warning out for snow tomorrow morning, which it says may impact on driving conditions.

Due to the forecast, the possible impact on travel in and around Lincolnshire, and the prospect of a lot of Under 12 year olds standing on the pitch in conditions that are anything but enjoyable, the decision has been made to cancel the event.
