On the verge of Storm Dennis landing in Lincoln, there are changes to Junior Training this Saturday

Due to the weather being brought by (Storm) Dennis the Menace we are moving all junior hockey training, this Saturday morning, to 9am until 10am for all age groups.

Junior Training usually takes place, on a Saturday, at the following times;

  • Reception – Year 3: 9-10am
  • Years 4 – 7: 10-11am

By changing the times for this coming Saturday, given the forecasts, the club has more time to react if the weather conditions on the day are particularly bad before training even begins, and we can reduce the risk to people making unnecessary journeys. For those parents with a hockey player in both usual sessions it means you don’t need to be around at the club for two hours in the morning.

Fingers crossed we will be able to have another fun filled session and be able to avoid the worst of the weather.

Junior Training for Saturday the 15th of February, 2020, has now been cancelled

The forecast for the morning of Saturday the 15th has now changed and the storm weather is now expected earlier. We don’t think it’s going to be particularly fun or safe for our Junior Players to play in.
