The cold-snap continues and (sometimes) therefore hockey does not! Changes to this week’s hockey is found here

Following the cancelling of all hockey fixtures last weekend, we go into another week with icy temperatures and a pitch that hasn’t defrosted for over a week now. Hopefully there’s literally light at the end of the tunnel with temperatures approaching double figures as the week goes on.

Any further updates to this week’s hockey, prior to the weekend, will appear here so please keep checking to see whether you need to travel to the club or not.

Monday Night

The pitch remains frozen today and therefore no training will be taking place on Monday the 23rd.

Tuesday Night

Senior training will not be taking place this week. Instead the following will take place (all being well with the weather, which is how forecasts are looking):

Thursday

• Mens 4 to train at 6.30pm – 8pm, staring a half with Ladies 3
• Mens 2 v Mens 3 8pm

Friday

• Ladies 1s and 2s to training from 6pm – 7pm
• Mens 1s and 2s to training from 7pm – 8pm

Wednesday Evening

Academy training is taking place this evening! Although it’s a bit damp so please ensure suitable clothing, as ever.

Saturday Morning

As ever, assume that sessions are on unless we post otherwise. With the temperatures having increased over the last few days, we’re planning on Junior Training being on.
