Half Term Hockey Camp (Spring 2023) Half Term Hockey Camp (Spring 2023)

Holiday Hockey Camps, for Junior Hockey players, make a welcome return to Lindum Hockey Club

School holiday hockey camps are returning to Lindum Hockey Club, this time run by the club itself with many of the coaches that our junior members know and love! With more of an emphasis on fun and enjoyment, and the opportunity to play during the Spring Bank Half Term, our first one launches at the end of the month.

What to expect?

Based in the centre of Lincoln at the Lindum Sports Association, our camps are open to members and guests of all abilities; outfield and goalkeepers. We are motivated by ensuring hockey can be for everyone.

Where appropriate we will stretch players, but we also be able so support those who need it.

  • Day 1 – Team Building, Hockey Fundamentals and Challenges
  • Day 2 – Game Understanding and gameplay

When?

Wednesday the 31st of May and Thursday the 1st of June.

The camps will run 10am – 3.30pm. If you require slightly different drop off and pick up times, please drop us a message and we will see what we can do.

Who?

The camp is open to all young people who are currently in Y2-Y11. Players will be placed in age groups for the duration of the camp. You don’t need to be a member of the club, in fact you don’t even have had to have played hockey before, we’d love to share our sport with you!

Why?

As Lindum HC, we recognise there is need for young people to continue accessing hockey for more of the year and what better way to do this than combine it with a holiday club designed to allow access to hockey with any level of experience. It might be a hockey camp, but there’s so much more on offer! This will be our first Lindum HC camp, and we’d love to have you on board.
