What is the Lindum watch?

The Lindum watch is a classic and unique timepiece that has been designed and crafted by Harold Pinchbeck Watches who are based in Exchequer Gate. The face of the watch has the design of the Bishops Eye window from the Cathedral and the back of the watch is engraved with the Lindum successes of the last two seasons.

Why do we have it and why are we raffling it?

A very kind and generous benefactor has gifted the watch to the club for us to raise funds. The watch is worth £3,000 and we felt a raffle was the easiest and fairest way of doing things rather than running an auction, giving everyone an opportunity to win the watch if they want to enter.

How do I enter the raffle and when is the draw?

We will be launching the raffle this weekend, Saturday 19th, at the clubhouse. Raffle tickets can be purchased from Tony Perrin, Ben Smith or Harry Swift. Tickets are £5 each and we will be accepting cash or card. The more tickets you buy the higher the chance of winning this amazing watch, whether for yourself or as a lovely present for someone.

The draw will take place on Sunday the 25th of May 2025 at the Clubhouse which will also be a weekend of celebrations … “watch” this space.
