Snow Affected Hockey, w/c 18th of November

This week’s snowfall, the first of the winter, has given the pitch a good covering.

Below are any sessions and fixtures known to be impacted, and will be updated with any new information, but otherwise assume everything is continuing as planned.

Saturday the 22nd of November

The following sessions / fixtures are cancelled (see all fixtures here). Please assume that all other plans are going ahead.

Junior Training
- All Saturday morning junior training is off

Home Games

All home games taking place at Lindum Sports Association are off
- We don’t foresee the pitch conditions improving enough, over the course of the day, for any fixtures to take place
Mens 5th Team
- The 5s’ fixture against Grimsby 1 at Yarborough Leisure Centre is off

Pitch Clearing

With all home games being off, if anyone is now free and has a bit of time, there is a working party at the club trying to clear the remaining snow off the pitch throughout the day, to ensure that tomorrow’s fixtures can go ahead. If you could bring a snow shovel, that would be appreciated.
