Phil Ingall Retires as England Hockey Match Official

Philip Ingall, the longest serving member of Lincoln Hockey Club, has retired from the Permanent Panel as an England Hockey Match Official. He has been a Match Official since the first games of the England Hockey Leagues in 1988.
