The Club’s Social Committee is asking for volunteers to support the upcoming Fireworks event, on the run up to the event and on the night itself

The firework committee have committed a substantial amount to hold this year’s fireworks event and to make it a success we need to get the word out to ensure that the local community are aware.

As in previous years, we rely on club members’ help to deliver flyers to the neighbourhood surrounding the Lindum Sports Association. If you could spare some time between the 21st and the 29th of October that would be of fantastic help. It’s simply a case of dropping leaflets through letterboxes in certain areas of the locality.

There is no need to make a special journey – perhaps you could make a match day or training an hour earlier. The fliers will be printed and available behind the bar as has been the case in previous years.

At the moment, we have only had four responses to my previous request for volunteers on the day, we need thirty plus. Please see details on the club website, or contact myself.
