Walking Hockey is an England Hockey programme for people looking to get or stay involved in the sport but in a less-physically-demanding way. You get the skills, team and social impact without taking years of movement off your knees!
Lindum Hockey Club has WalkingHockey sessions taking place on a Friday evening from 7-8pm, at the Lindum Sports Association. The cost for the entire programme is £15 and to sign up, please register on England Hockey’s website.
