Storm Arwen brings with it wind and snow, for the last weekend in November, and it’s affecting hockey at Lindum HC

The following matches and hockey activities are confirmed as not taking place today. This page will be updated throughout the day should any changes take place to today’s planned fixtures.

Junior Training

The call was made yesterday to cancel junior training due to the forecasted conditions.

Ladies 1st Team

The Ladies 1s’ home game against Whitley Bay and Tynemouth is cancelled (due to take place at noon). The conditions are far worse further North than in Lincoln and travelling is an understandable concern.

Ladies 2nd Team

The fixture against Chapeltown 1, away, is off due to the snow in Sheffield.

Ladies 3rd Team

The fixture against Barton Town 1 (due to take place at noon) is off due to travel disruption.

Mens 1st Team

The Mens 1s, away to Sheffield University Bankers 1, is off due to the condition of the pitch.

The game against Grimsby (4:30pm at home) is cancelled due to concerns over travel.

Development Team

The 10:30am game against Chesterfield Development is off; Chesterfield are not able to travel due to snow.
