An ongoing run-down of all weather-affected fixtures and sessions this Saturday, the 2nd of December

Temperatures are low in as far south as Lincoln this weekend, and with many teams travelling north the risk of fixtures getting called off (home and away) in the first weekend of December is very real!

The BBC, on their weather website, are reporting (as of Friday night) temperatures remaining above zero overnight in Lincoln, albeit remaining low, and the information below will be updated throughout Friday evening and Saturday should fixtures and sessions be changed. Assume, if there is no news on here, that everything is going forward as planned.

Junior Training

Junior Training won’t be taking place this weekend for the youngest group (five years and under, run by Sybil), and the next session for this age group will be in the New Year (6th of January).

At the present time all other groups (ages 6 upwards) will be training, but a final decision on this will be made later this evening. If anything changes then this page will be updated.

Update: Saturday morning – the pitch is in good condition and training is on for ages 6 upwards. Please ensure that your child / children are wrapped up in enough layers! This obviously applies for future sessions too

Please note that Junior Training is not taking place next weekend, the 9th of December, due to the Christmas Market, and the final session before Christmas will be December the 16th. We then return on January the 6th, 2018.

Ladies 2s

The Ladies 2s’ game against City of York 3, due to take place at York University at 1:30pm, has been called off as of Friday night, as the pitch is frozen.

Mens 1s

The Mens 1st Team game, also taking place in York, has been called off.

Any further changes will be listed here as soon as the news arrives.
