Purchase your raffle tickets for the Harold Pinchbeck Lindum wristwatch

This is an important message from Nick & Tony – Joint Presidents of Lindum Hockey Club.

The above raffle was launched last October following a very generous donation of a Harold Pinchbeck LINDUM wristwatch by an anonymous benefactor. This is a special quality watch of the highest specification and is worth over £3000. The idea was that raffle tickets would be sold prior to a draw being held at the Lindum Beer Festival on Sunday 25th May 2025. The purpose of the raffle was to run an event that would produce funds into the hockey club to assist with the cost of running the club. Ticket sales would mean generous donations by club members and their friends and relations, including members under 18 years of age who would have their parents purchase tickets, as they were not of the age to do so. Ladies, should you win it you can gift it to your partner, spouse or family.

As you all know, the expense of running Lindum Hockey is always increasing and our benefactor thought that by donating the watch all monies received in ticket sales would boost the club’s finances into next year.

The raffle tickets are in books of 5 and cost £5.00 each (£25.00 in total). By selling 1000 raffle tickets the club will make £5,000, which will help considerably towards the running costs for next season. You are not limited to any amount to spend and the more raffle tickets you purchase, the more chances of winning the watch you will have. We are also offering a Second and Third prize too.

You are now able to purchase the tickets in the Lindum Hockey Club Online Shop on the Club’s Website. Log in to your “MyClub For Members” and go on the Online Shop under “The Lindum Hockey Club Raffle” and add to your basket the quantity of 5 for a book of tickets or more as required and pay accordingly. The Club will see that you have your tickets allocated, advised to you and are in the draw.
